Thank you for shopping at Tinkerbrick. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

IN ORDER FOR THE GOODS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN, PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT:

The Goods are in the original packaging

THE FOLLOWING GOODS CANNOT BE RETURNED:

Goods which have been used or damaged

The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

CANCELLATIONS

Requests for cancellations must be made before 11am on your Dispatch Date – see your Order Confirmation email and Order History for details.

Please make sure you are happy with your Basket before making payment and completing your order. Please check your Order Confirmation email to review the details of the order that you have submitted. Tinkerbrick cannot be held liable for acting in good faith on incorrect information received.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If any of your products are damaged in any way upon receipt, please email us at hello@tinkerbrick.co.uk. Please send an image of the damaged product and packaging along with your Order Number and an explanation of the problem. If the products are faulty through no fault of your own, we will happily replace or refund the affected item/s.

RETURNING GOODS

To return an item, please email customer service at hello@tinkerbrick.co.uk or use our order history page https://tinkerbrick.co.uk/order-history to make a request for return for the relevant order items.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Mail your return to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service and proof of posting. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
